It comes in three different variants:
Fine - The one with the thinnest wire tube of the three. Suitable for small to medium sized flies.
Standard - Medium-sized wire tube and is the most all-round wire reel holder.
Heavy Duty - Has a large thread tube and is suitable for those who tie slightly larger flies.
