LPX Tactical combines cutting-edge technology along with a new definition of state-of-the-art rod action for trout fishing. Tactical has a distinct and very precise action that gradually goes deeper into the blade as you load the rod. We would like to describe the action as fast, ¾ deep, and with superb stability that suits all levels of fly caster. When casting at shorter distances, the top and mid section give you a lot of the important sensitivity you need. At medium and long distances, the lower parts of the rod engage and give you all the power and stability you've been dreaming of. These rods are nothing short of exceptional: fast and powerful yet delicate and delicate. They master all different types of casts and protect even the finest leader tip when you drill your dream trout. They are ultra light, both in hand and in actual weight - the 9ft #5wt only weighs 71 grams!

9-foot rods are super light fly rods for those who prefer this classic length, benefiting from a true lightweight feel for the recommended line weight. They are incredibly versatile, and are less affected by wind. The action on these rods is faster than the 9'9 rods. The rods in class #2-#3 are true dry fly and nymph rods for the most delicate fishing with the finest leader tips. #4 and #5 are go-to rods for all-round dry fly fishing and nymphing in all types of water. They fish equally well at both short and long distances, with all types of casts. Line Weight #6 rod is for those who fish more wind exposed areas and want a rod to handle streamers well. Line Weight #7 is for hammering out thick, jointed streamers with heavy sinking lines.

9'9" rods are our new approach to a state-of-the-art combo rod for dry fly, nymphing, euro nymphing and lighter streamer fishing. Thanks to the advanced blade technology, the 9'9 rods are extremely user-friendly, and they feel very light for their length/weight. They are very capable of forming tight, precise bows. Compared to a 9-footer, the extra length gives a longer reach on the water and better contact and control during operation. It also allows you to control the height of your throw better, and makes it easier to reach over any bushes and high banks behind you. They also allow more time to "spin" the line in the air and perform curved casts during the presentation. When fishing from a float ring or when wading deep, the 9'9 rod gives you extra height when casting. The 9'9 #2 and #3 models are sharp and precise tools for sensitive fishing with dry flies and light nymphs, with balanced top sections to provide softer protection for the finest leader tips. Line Weight #4 and #5 are all-rounders and equally versatile for rivers, lakes or ponds. While a perfect match with dry flies and nymphs, they also work great with tandem rigs or smaller streamers.
